❓1. What tire width (section) should I choose for my use and comfort?

The evolution: The current trend favors wider tires.

25mm: The versatile standard. Good balance between aerodynamics and performance.

28mm: Very popular. Significantly increases the comfort, theadhesion and, at optimized pressure, can offer better rolling resistance on imperfect roads. Ideal for long distance

❓2. What type of construction to choose: Bedroom (Tubetype), Tubeless Ready or Hose?

In Room: Simplicity installation, easy room change.

Tubeless Ready (TLR): Better performance/comfort, risk of puncture due to zero pinching, the preventative seals small perforations.

Hose (Tubular): Better feelings, extreme lightness.

❓3. What is my need between speed (performance) and puncture protection?

Speed Priority: Look for tires with soft carcass (high TPI, e.g.: 110 TPI and above) and a minimum of anti-puncture reinforcement. They are light, responsive, but more fragile.

Protection/Sustainability Priority: Opt for “Endurance” or “4 Seasons” tires. They have thicker reinforcements, are heavier, but offer superior longevity and one excellent security against perforations.

The Compromise: The flagship models (see below) achieve the feat of offering high speed while incorporating effective anti-puncture technology.
