Returns

Don't like your item or the size doesn't fit?

Even though we do everything to improve the description of our items and our size guidance, it can happen that a size, colour or style doesn't suit. Please note that the item must be returned in its original condition, with labels and unwashed.

You have 30 days to decide whether you wish to keep your item or return it to us. Please note that we only accept unused and clean items that show no signs of use.

The item must be returned in its original condition, with its labels and unwashed.

No exchanges possible!

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to change the size and/or colour of your item, you must process a standard return and then place a new order. Your item in the correct size and/or colour will reach you even faster!

Is the return free of charge?

Return costs are at your expense. As a service, we offer you a PROBIKESHOP return label to print. €5 will be deducted from your refund. (Please note that we cannot offer this service for Overseas Departments.)

Refund timeframe.

Processing a return can take up to 14 days (after parcel drop-off) before you are refunded. Of course, we do everything to keep this timeframe as short as possible. You will receive a refund confirmation by email. This may take a few days, depending on the payment method selected.

Warranty procedure

In the case of a warranty claim, we are completely by your side! We will support you throughout the warranty procedure. We have gathered all the information relating to the next steps of the process on our warranty page.
