Contest rules
"Win your place for the 2026 Tour stage".
Article 1 - Organizer
The company Probikeshop, merchant site, (hereinafter "the Organizer"), organizes a contest without obligation to purchase entitled:
"Win your place for the Stage of the Tour 2026".
Article 2 - Contest dates
The competition runs from March 18, 2026 to March 31, 2026 inclusive.
Any participation outside this period will not be taken into account.
Article 3 - Conditions of participation
The game is open to all individuals:
- over 18 years of age ;
- residing in metropolitan France.
The following are excluded
- members of the Organizer's staff;
- any person involved in organizing the game.
How to enter
Two modes of participation are possible:
- Participation with purchase:
Anyone who has purchased a pair of Blackbird tires on the Probikeshop site during the duration of the game is automatically entered. - Free participation without purchase:
Anyone can participate free of charge by sending an email to:
marketing@probikeshop.com
clearly stating their wish to take part in the competition, before the closing date.
👉 O nly one entry per person is allowed (same name, same email).
Article 4 - Winner selection procedure
The winner will be chosen by random draw from among all valid entries. The draw will take place within 7 days of the end of the game.
Article 5 - Prize
The game offers the chance to win:
🎁 2 places to take part in the 2026 Stage du Tour, which will take place on July 19, 2026, on a route between Bourg d'Oisans and Alpe d'Huez.
Details:
- The prize only includes registration for the event;
- Ancillary costs (transport, accommodation, equipment, etc.) remain the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise stated.
The prize :
- is nominative;
- cannot be exchanged, reimbursed or transferred.
Article 6 - Winner information
The winner will be contacted by email within 7 days of the draw. If no reply is received within 7 days, a new draw may be held.
Article 7 - Liability
The Organizer may not be held liable :
- if the winner is unable to take part in the event ;
- if the event is modified or cancelled.
Article 8 - Personal data
The data collected is used solely for the purposes of the competition. In accordance with current regulations (RGPD), participants have:
- a right of access ;
- rectification ;
- to delete their data.

Article 9 - Acceptance of the rules
Participation in the game implies full acceptance of these rules.
Article 10 - Disputes
The present rules are subject to French law. Any dispute will be settled by the competent courts.
