Article 1 – Organiser
The company Probikeshop, an online retailer, (hereinafter "the Organiser"), is running a prize draw with no purchase necessary, entitled:
"Win a Thule Outpace bike rack"
Article 2 – Competition dates
The competition runs from 10 July 2026 to 17 July 2026 inclusive.
Any entry submitted outside this period will not be taken into account.
Article 3 – Entry conditions
The competition is open to any individual:
- of legal age (18 years or over);
- residing in metropolitan France.
The following are excluded:
- members of the Organiser's staff;
- any person who has taken part in the organisation of the competition.
Entry methods
Two methods of entry are available:

Entry by signing up to the Probikeshop and Thule Newsletter:
Any person who has submitted their email address to enter the prize draw will be subscribed to the newsletter of Probikeshop as well as the brand Thule France. -
Free entry without purchase:
Anyone may enter for free by sending an email to:
marketing@probikeshop.com
clearly stating their wish to enter the prize draw, before the closing date.
👉 Only one entry per person is permitted (same email address).
Article 4 – Method of selecting the winner
The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries. The draw will take place within 7 days of the end of the competition.
Article 5 – Prize
The competition offers the chance to win:
🎁 1 Thule Outpace bike rack worth €549. The bike rack will be sent free of charge to the winner at the address of their choice.
The prize:
- is personal and non-transferable;
- cannot be exchanged, refunded or transferred.
Article 6 – Notification of the winner
The winner will be contacted by email within 7 days of the draw. If no reply is received within 7 days, a new draw may be carried out.
Article 7 – Personal data
The data collected is used in the context of the prize draw and the Probikeshop and Thule brand Newsletter, in accordance with applicable regulations (GDPR); participants have the right:
- a right of access;
- to rectification;
- to have their data deleted.

Article 9 – Acceptance of the rules
Participation in the competition implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.
Article 10 – Disputes
These rules are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be settled by the competent courts.
