Description
The PRIDE 20" (406mm) Control V1 20/10mm Axle Red Wheelset is specially developed for BMX Race bikes equipped with 20-inch 406 mm wheels. This wheelset combines Pride Control rims and hubs to deliver a high-performance, lightweight and efficient set for acceleration phases. The 6061-T6 aluminium construction with heat treatment ensures an excellent balance between rigidity, efficiency and strength.
The Control V1 double-wall rims offer a design adapted to the demands of BMX Race with their 36 spokes and 19 mm height profile. The Control hubs complete this set thanks to their quick-engagement system comprising 6 micro-toothed pawls developing 180 engagement points, enabling direct acceleration out of corners or during explosive starts.
This wheelset adopts a disc brake only configuration with a Centerlock fitting. The front wheel uses a 20x100 mm axle and the rear wheel a 10x110 mm axle with female threading, offering specific BMX Race compatibility. The red finish on the hubs also adds a distinctive aesthetic touch to the build.
