Designed for trail, enduro and committed mountain bike riders, the Rear Derailleur SHIMANO DEORE XT RD-M8200-GS combines robustness, precision and light weight. Its medium cage is optimised to work with a compact cassette offering a wide gear range, while keeping drivetrain weight to a minimum. Thanks to its reinforced design and protected components, this derailleur delivers excellent durability even on the most demanding terrain.
Equipped with SHIMANO SHADOW ES technology, it benefits from a more compact profile with greater impact resistance. Its automatic impact recovery system allows the derailleur to return instantly to its original position after a knock, ensuring optimal continuity of operation. The wide-link structure, aluminium protection plate and reinforced pulleys further increase its resistance to the stresses of off-road riding.
The Di2 electronic drivetrain delivers ultra-fast, precise and reliable gear changes in all conditions. The battery is discreetly integrated and protected inside the derailleur while remaining easily removable for recharging. The covered pulleys and cage limit the build-up of mud and debris to preserve smooth operation on the most technical trails.
