The BAOUW BIO Red Fruits - Hibiscus energy gel combines the intensity of red fruits with the delicacy of hibiscus, for natural energy without any nauseous feeling. Its fluid, non-sticky texture and authentic taste make it a tasty and pleasant ally during exercise, even prolonged.

Formulated with 100% organic ingredients, this gel provides stable energy thanks to a low glycaemic index (15), with no blood sugar spikes. The natural sugar from fruits, agave syrup and olive oil offer an optimal nutritional synergy, enriched with calcium, magnesium, iron and potassium, ideal for endurance.

A rediscovered fruit flavour with no chemical aftertaste.
Ideal for intense efforts.
One gel every 30 minutes approximately, depending on effort intensity. To be consumed pure or diluted in 500ml of water.
