What profile of rider is this aluminium handlebar intended for? This handlebar is designed specifically for young riders in the Expert category (generally aged 9 to 13 depending on build). Aluminium offers the lightness these smaller builds need to manoeuvre the bike with ease. It is important to respect weight and category limits, as this handlebar is not dimensioned for the forces exerted by an adult rider (Pro/Elite categories).

What is the main precaution during fitting? As with any aluminium bicycle component, it is strongly advised to use a torque wrench to tighten the stem bolts. Excessive tightening can crush or weaken the aluminium tube at the clamping zone, which presents a risk of breakage.

Is it compatible with my current stem? Yes, it complies with the universal clamping diameter of 22.2 mm. It fits without issue on the vast majority of BMX Race stems on the market.
