e BMX INSPYRE Evo Disk Expert XL is designed for BMX Race riding in the Expert XL category. Its 6061-T6 Premium aluminium frame with hydroformed and triple butted tubes offers an excellent compromise between stiffness, lightness and durability. The 3D forged Swell rear dropouts with integrated chain tensioners make adjustments easier while optimising drivetrain precision.
The cycle section is fitted with a 100% Chromoly fork, a CrMo cockpit and a Forward Top Load aluminium stem. The braking relies on an Alhonga hydraulic system paired with a 140 mm rotor, guaranteeing power and progressiveness. The Tioga Powerblock tyres complete the package to provide grip and rolling efficiency on BMX tracks.
The drivetrain pairs a two-piece Forward Joyride AM 165 mm crankset with a 40-tooth aluminium chainring and a KMC Z-1 Narrow chain. The BSA bottom bracket with sealed bearings contributes to the overall reliability, while 100% sealed bearings minimise maintenance under intensive use conditions.
The Forward Joyride double-wall wheels are paired with Inspyre Evo hubs. The rear hub benefits from a 3-pawl system offering 120 engagement points, promoting fast sprints and excellent reactivity.
