The PSHIMANO J05A-RF XTR/XT/SLX/DEORE/ALFINE/ULTEGRA Organic Brake Pads are designed for the disc brakes of the groupsets MTB (2 pistons) and Road from the Japanese brand.

Their organic compound gives them more bite than metallic pads. This model replaces the J03A. They are also quieter. This model is one of the best-performing in Shimano's brake pad range, offering excellent braking precision to lose as little time as possible on descents.
