"Good ergonomics. Great for a short outing. Holds perfectly and doesn't move if adjusted correctly. The more the canister empties, the less weight there is and the less it moves. In any case, it doesn't get in the way even on hard singles. I also use it for short hikes. The pockets are large enough to carry all the essentials. I don't regret my purchase.
