The latest product from the American manufacturer, the SRAM Red AXS Dub 12-speed crankset is intended for demanding cyclists seeking the most high-performance equipment.
For an even lighter weight and ever more efficient power transfer, the crankset integrates hollow carbon cranks and an oversized aluminium spindle.
For greater rigidity and improved durability, the chainrings are machined from a single block of aluminium. This allows for faster and more precise gear changes. Combined with the X-Range cassette, the crankset now allows a start on a 10-tooth sprocket and is presented here in its compact 37/50 version. This combination requires fewer sprocket changes to maintain cadence after changing chainring. Just like the other 2 variants, there is a 13-tooth gap between the 2 chainrings.
The Red AXS is used with the Sram Dub bottom bracket. This standard has the advantage of fitting virtually all frames thanks to its universal system, saving you from having to change your crankset at the same time as your bike.
