Ideal both in preparation for and during exercise, the SIS Go Electrolyte energy drink provides rapid hydration and long-lasting energy. The drink is available here in a 1.6 kg pack.
 
SIS Go Electrolyte contains a blend of rapidly assimilated carbohydrates for energy, and important electrolytes (such as sodium) for optimal hydration, designed to achieve the right balance between carbohydrate intake and hydration.
 
Science in Sport (SIS) recommends consuming 500 to 1000 ml of Go electrolyte drink per hour during exercise. It can also be combined with SISI Go gels and bars to achieve adequate carbohydrate intake at a rate of 60 grams per hour.
