How is the Distanza Carbon sized? UDOG sizes in a fairly standard way. The Toe Box is generous to allow the foot to spread out naturally, which is crucial for comfort over long distances. If you're unsure, refer to the size guide in centimeters.
Is it suitable for walking? Yes, much more so than a classic road or XC shoe. Its "sticky" rubber sole and wrap-around front design provide excellent traction over rocks or roots when you need to put your foot down.
Won't the laces get caught in the chain? No. The Distanza has a small, dedicated storage pocket on the top of the tongue ("Lace Garage") for safely slipping lace loops.
Is it waterproof? No, its knitted mesh makes it breathable. However, it dries very quickly after crossing a puddle or stream.
