LEATT PROCLIP 4.0 MTB Shoes Black

The LEATT ProClip 4.0 MTB Shoe is a clipless MTB shoe designed for pure performance in Enduro and committed Trail riding. Unlike the 5.0 version which focuses on waterproofing, the 4.0 prioritises breathability and lightness. It uses a more ventilated outer material, ideal for intense rides in warmer climates.

Its sole features a long, deep cleat channel, allowing ultra-fast engagement with the pedal. It is a stiff shoe that promotes power transfer on climbs, while offering the necessary protection for technical descents thanks to its strategic reinforcements.

What is the main difference from the 5.0? The 5.0 is a waterproof shoe for wet and cold conditions. The 4.0 is its "summer" version: it is lighter, much better ventilated, but is not waterproof.

Is it suitable for long days of pedalling? Absolutely. Its anti-compression insole and contained weight make it a very comfortable shoe for rides lasting several hours or Enduro races.

Are cleats included? No, cleats depend on your pedal model (Shimano, Look, Crankbrothers). However, cleat spacers are often included by Leatt to adjust the height according to your pedal.

Is the ankle protected? It features asymmetric protection: the inner side is slightly raised to protect the ankle bone from impacts against cranks or the bike frame.
