The LEATT ProClip 5.0 MTB shoe is the flagship of the Leatt shoe range. It's an ultra-technical (automatic) clip-on shoe, designed to withstand the most extreme conditions on the world DH and Enduro circuit. Its upper is equipped with a 10K/10K membrane (waterproof and breathable), making it a formidable ally for year-round riding, even in mud or rain.
The highlight of this shoe is its extended cleat channel, which allows a much wider than average adjustment range, ideal for riders who prefer a very far back cleat position for greater stability on descents. With its quick lacing system and integrated ankle protection, it offers professional-level support and safety.
Are they suitable for summer despite the waterproof membrane? Thanks to their 10K breathability, they evacuate heat well, but they'll still be warmer than a well-ventilated shoe. They are ideal for temperate climates or mountain outings where the weather changes rapidly.
Is the cable tightening system sturdy? Yes, the MOZ system is designed to withstand stones and mud. In the event of breakage, it can be replaced. It provides a precise fit without pressure points.
Can I walk in these shoes? The sole is rigid for pedaling, but Leatt has provided flex zones in the toe and heel to allow the bike to be pushed in portages without slipping, thanks to the deep lugs.
Which pedals do they work best with? They are compatible with all 2-screw cleats (Shimano SPD, Crankbrothers, Time, Hope). The wide channel makes engagement much easier, even when the pedal is full of mud.

- Measure the distance between the tip of the big toe and the outermost part of the heel.

- for a slim fit, take one size smaller.
