Derived from the top-of-the-range Crossmax Pro model, the MAVIC Crossmax SL 29" Boost MTB front wheel will delight fans of Cross-Country and Trail looking for a quality and reliable aluminium model worthy of their performance, all at an attractive price.
Very lightweight, the new rim with a 25 mm internal width features a Black Shield coating, combining an anodised inner layer and a matt outer layer to offer, compared to an unprotected rim, twice the resistance to impacts and scratches caused by the terrain. Furthermore, the hookless wall profile improves comfort, control and traction.
The 24 double-butted profiled spokes also guarantee very good robustness and optimal balance for the whole, as well as a perfect seal with no rim tape required, thanks to their Fore threaded fixing.
