Defective tire

"I changed my old Maxxis Minion DHR for this more rolling Crossmark 2. Since then, I've had nothing but problems with air leaks around the rim. So much so, that at first I blamed the rim for a leak in the spokes (tubeless). But after refitting the old tire, I saw that it was the tire itself that was causing the problem. And I even noticed leaks on the sidewall of the tire on both sides."

maxxis crossmark tire

"Rear-mounted tire for its rolling side, no worries about tubless mounting, see how it wears over time."

Bruno42 (4/5)

maxxis tire

"Very good tires on stony ground, tested on muddy ground."

Jfno (4/5)

good rear tire

"Good tire that I've used in the past. Don't inflate it too much as it has a tendency to skid but it rolls well."

Crossmark II tubeless mount 2.10

"Great difficulty mounting this tire with my foot pump whereas the same tire in 2.25 gave me no problem... ."

Good tire

"Good tire, good feeling on dry and slightly wet roads".

Spiderpika (5/5)

Perfect

"Just what I was looking for great road holding and efficient ride".

Effective dry drawing and resistant blanks

"I've been riding crossmark for 10 years, first with 26*2. 10 tubetype, then 29*2. 10 tubelesse and lately with crossmark 2 29*2. 10 exo. The crossmark 1 doesn't exist with exo blanks and it's too fragile (on a semi rigid rear). I fitted a 2 exo and it's much stronger. On the crossmark 1s, the designs were very suitable for dry terrain, but the mud drained really badly on muddy terrain. I haven't yet tested the 2 in a lot of greasy mud. Wear on the crossmark 2s seems to be a little faster than on the 1s. In short, the crossmark 2 exo are really top-notch, I feel they've corrected the negative points of the crossmark 1s, which already had quite a few."

Blanks still fragile

"Very easy tire to mount and with good performance. Not wet tested. Too bad the exo protection isn't up to scratch, only 3 1/2 months and a nice gash. The tire will soon end up in the garbage can. 35€ for 4 months is maxxis quality?"

High-performance

"A little short in the mud as the studs are not very prominent, but terribly effective for the rest with the added bonus of exceptional durability. The previous one did 3500km on the rear wheel!"
