Inspired by the Ikon, the MAXXIS Rekon tire 27.5x2.80 Exo Dual Tubeless Ready with flexible rod is also designed for competition Cross-Country on a standard 27.5 PLUS bike, but is designed for highly technical terrain requiring more grip and control.

Featuring a 60 tpi carcass and a rubber compound providing low rolling resistance and excellent traction, the Rekon tire from MAXXIS will delight riders looking for a lightweight, high-performance model.

In this version Tubeless Ready which can be fitted with or without tubes, this tire also features Exo sidewall reinforcement for enhanced protection against abrasion and tearing.
