Description

Ideal for practitioners XC riders in search of MTB wheels wheels, the CRANKBROTHERS Cobalt 3 can also be used for touring. They are presented here in 29-inch and are designed for Boost 15x110 mm front and 12x148 mm rear axles.

In its new version, the Cobalt features a rim widened to 23 mm (internal) for even greater stability, grip and traction! Designed in aluminum, this rim incorporates 24 spokes that do everything to guarantee the wheel's lateral rigidity and strength: in addition to a straight pull on the hub, these spokes feature triangular lacing with Twin pair technology, which combines the spokes in pairs. The design of the Cobalt 3 has also been studied to distribute its mass as close as possible to the hub, to promote dynamic acceleration!
