Description

The SRAM DB8 brake pair offers extremely powerful braking, making it ideal for highly demanding MTB riding! It can also equip an electric mountain bike very effectively, where the greater weight requires a highly efficient braking system.

Made from forged aluminium, the DB8 calliper is optimised for tool-based adjustments. It benefits from Heat Shield technology, which reduces heat transfer from the pad to the calliper body during braking, for ever more effective management of high temperatures. The calliper is also compatible with the Bleeding Edge kit, which makes bleeding the hydraulic circuit easier.

The lever features the Swing Link, which helps eliminate the dead zone in braking whilst preserving modulation, delivering a precise, powerful yet progressive feel.
