Reviews

good product

"The product matches the description; it's perfect for replacing your headset without breaking the bank."

Dambut (5/5)

No problem

"Good quality, good value for the price, and a carbon-fiber look to boot."

Philippe (4/5)

A good, high-quality product

"Easy to install, no major issues, and it looks great—this is the second one I've bought (for two bikes): one for gravel riding and the other for mountain biking."

Sailor (5/5)

JDD Stronglight RAZ Carbon

"The product matches the description, so it fits perfectly into my frame. It looks great, especially with that carbon plate. As for the quality of the bearing, it looks good and seems to be of high quality; I can't comment on its lifespan yet since it was only recently installed, and I haven't pushed it to its limits yet."

Js29 (5/5)

Well, whatever

"I'm pretty happy with this JDD—it's easy to assemble and works like a charm, with a clean finish and made in France. The only downside—and it's a significant one—is that the top bearing seized up after almost a year because there's no seal on the upper ring, which lets water and mud in. It’s a real shame they didn’t think of that."

Warrant (4/5)

Installation went smoothly

"Installed without any issues on a 2015 Giant XTC Advance. Replaced the original bottom bracket. It's an Overdrive 1. I kept the original cap because it's much lighter. It came with a star nut, but I didn't need it. I only replaced the headset, which had started to seize up and develop play."

Juan-Lupus (5/5)

perfect

"Mounted on a 2014 Lapierre ProRace frame with a RockShox SID A fork featuring a tapered steerer tube—no issues whatsoever"

Flo21 (5/5)

A very good JDD, indeed

"A very good JDD with excellent finish, a stunning 'carbon finish,' high-quality interchangeable angular ball bearings, and a weight of 120g with the star and 100g without it."
