The JoeBlow Urban EX from TOPEAK is a robust floor pump designed to simplify regular inflation. Its standout feature is its elevated 3.5-inch gauge, positioned at the top of the pump body. This strategic position allows instant pressure reading without having to bend down, a much-appreciated comfort for quick adjustments before heading to work.
Equipped with the SmartHead® pump head, it automatically adapts to Presta and Schrader valves with no internal adjustment required. Its wide, stable base and ergonomic handle make it a tool as pleasant to use as it is effective at keeping your tyres at the perfect pressure.
What is the difference from a standard JoeBlow? Reading comfort. On most pumps, the gauge is at ground level. On the Urban EX, it is at mid-height, which makes all the difference for people who do not want to strain their eyes or their back.
Is it powerful enough for a road bike? Yes, it pumps up to 8 bar (120 psi), which comfortably covers the needs of standard road bikes as well as all urban or Gravel bikes.
Does it work with Dunlop valves? Yes, the SmartHead® head also accepts Dunlop valves (common on some Dutch or city bikes).
