The WOLF TOOTH Shift Gravity pedal is Wolf Tooth's answer to riders who demand downhill pedal support with the precision of an automatic system. It features one of the largest contact surfaces on the market(1,201 mm²), offering a "rooted" connection between shoe and bike, even in the most rugged scree.
Entirely CNC machined in Minnesota (USA), it incorporates a major innovation: the adjustable Q-Factor. This allows you to modify the lateral spacing of your feet to optimize your ergonomics and avoid rubbing against the frame chainstays. With its ultra-thin 15 mm profile, it minimizes the risk of pedal strike.
Are the pedals compatible with my Shimano SPD cleats? Yes, they are fully compatible with the SPD standard. However, Wolf Tooth includes its own optimized cleats in the box to ensure the cleanest possible release.
How is the Q-Factor adjusted? Adjustment is done internally by rearranging spacers and bearings on the axle. It's a simple operation that allows you to adapt the pedal to your morphology or frame width (Boost, Super Boost, etc.).
Are they suitable for DH use? Absolutely. The use of stainless steel for the axle and locking mechanism makes them extremely resistant to corrosion and violent impacts against the ground.
